Paul Sheridan

Honorary Life Chairman

Paul Sheridan is a Founder member of the British Turkish Lawyers Association, having lived and worked in Istanbul from 2000 to 2004. He was recently named Honorary Life Chairman. Paul is a British solicitor and he specialises in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions with particular experience in relation to Turkey and the Middle East. He has previously lived and worked in London, Chicago, Istanbul and Abu Dhabi and is currently based, for the third time in his career, in Muscat where he is the Managing Partner of Dentons' Oman office. Paul's practice is wide-ranging and extends to most aspects of the corporate and commercial world in the Sultanate of Oman and the wider Gulf region and he also represents a number of Oman Government bodies. Paul has a house in Istanbul and continues to visit Turkey on a regular basis for both business and pleasure.
