Selcuk Senguler

Selcuk graduated from the School of Law of Istanbul University and was admitted to the Bar in 1994. He is founding partner of Senguler & Senguler and is responsible in the firm for coordinating matters in relation to corporate and commercial law. His primary focus is on M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Investments and Projects. Selcuk also has a wealth of experience in litigation and in addition to his commercial transaction specialty, assists the firm in a wide spectrum of law. Selcuk is also a member of the board of Alfa International and has extensive contacts with lawyers in various parts of the world which facilitates a multi-jurisdictional approach.
