Following its AGM, the members have elected Jeremy Wilson, Partner in Covington & Burling, London as the Association’s Secretary and Orcun Cetinkaya, Partner in Cetinkaya Legal, Istanbul as the Association’s Treasurer.
Jeremy Wilson is a partner in Covington & Burling’s London office where he practices international arbitration. Jeremy advises and represents parties in commercial arbitrations, price review disputes and investor-state matters in both ad hoc proceedings (UNCITRAL Rules) and institutional arbitrations, including under the rules of the ICC, the SCC and the LCIA. He is reqcognised in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Experts in Commercial Arbitration (2014), Chambers UK (2013 and 2014), and Legal 500 as a leading practitioner.
Orcun Cetinkaya is a partner in Cetinkaya Legal Attorneys at Law, Turkey. On the contentious side, he has considerable experience of multijurisdictional commercial litigation, construction disputes & real estate projects, business crime, customs & tax disputes, agency & distribution disputes and labour & employment law. On the non-contentious side, he regularly advises local and multinational clients in regulatory matters including on media & entertainment, broadcasting, customs, pharmaceutical, as well as energy. He has considerable industry knowledge and expertise in media & entertainment, construction & real estate.
