The BTLA is delighted to announce that the Right Honourable The Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, KG, PC, will be delivering the keynote address at the BTLA’s Annual London Seminar, to be held at the Inner Temple on 29 April 2015.

This year’s London seminar, which will bring together an impressive array of practitioners from both Turkey and the United Kingdom, will deal with recent developments in both jurisdictions on issues relating to the law of investment. 

Following its AGM, the members have elected Jeremy Wilson, Partner in Covington & Burling, London as the Association’s Secretary and Orcun Cetinkaya, Partner in Cetinkaya Legal, Istanbul as the Association’s Treasurer.

Jeremy Wilson is a partner in Covington & Burling’s London office where he practices international arbitration.  Jeremy advises and represents parties in commercial arbitrations, price review disputes and investor-state matters in both ad hoc proceedings (UNCITRAL Rules) and institutional arbitrations, including under the rules of the ICC, the SCC and the LCIA.
